Business Licensing

Thank you for your interest in business licensing with the City of Wells, Nevada. According to Section 3-1-1, it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in or carry on any business, trade, or profession within the City without first procuring the license required for it. City licenses run on a fiscal year; beginning July 1 eash year and expiring on June 30 of the following year.


Your first license will expire June 30 and the City does not prorate licenses.


All licenses are non-transferable.

Non-Discrimination Statement

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
